Pabbati Bhaskar Reddy has more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations and has been associated with Hetero since August 3, 2009, where he serves as Director - Operations (Formulations).

Mr. Reddy earned a master's degree in pharmaceutical technology from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, College of Engineering, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. Before Hetero, he worked with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Orchid, Ranbaxy, and Jubilant.

His experience spans formulation manufacturing operations, quality, regulatory affairs, research and development, projects, environmental management, administration, and costing. He has led operations across Hetero formulation units and driven initiatives at sites in Hyderabad and Vemgal, Bengaluru.

Vasu Sabbella serves as Chief Financial Officer and a Board Member of Evaric Pharmaceuticals Inc., roles he has held since the company's inception. He is a board-certified finance and corporate legal professional with more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

As a senior finance executive, Mr. Sabbella brings deep expertise across core finance, accounting, and commercial operations. His experience includes business performance management, strategic planning, complex business collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic cost management and restructuring, financial process automation, profitability improvement, and disciplined capital allocation.

His areas of specialization include corporate and business finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial accounting and reporting, working capital management, investment appraisal, transfer pricing, and bidding for U.S. government and institutional contracts, including FSS listing procedures.

An accomplished pharmaceutical operations executive with over 25 years of experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Konakanchi is recognized for building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence across highly regulated global pharmaceutical environments.

Throughout his career, Mr. Konakanchi has successfully scaled large-volume pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, overseeing the production of more than 7 billion solid oral doses annually and supporting the successful launch of over 50 ANDA products. His expertise includes facility expansion, technology transfers, regulatory readiness, manufacturing optimization, and implementing robust systems that enhance quality, compliance, productivity, and business performance.

A strategic and execution-focused leader, Mr. Konakanchi brings deep expertise across manufacturing operations, quality systems, engineering, supply chain integration, and continuous improvement. He has successfully led multiple FDA, DEA, and customer inspections while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
